The Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) serves more than 36,000 students in approximately 100 locations. Our schools cover the entire spectrum of learning and offer a variety of extracurricular and community activities.

Students looking for transcripts from closed institutions should go to the Ohio State Board of Career Colleges and Schools website. This website lists closed colleges in Ohio, along with additional information about how to request a transcript for each closed institution.

If you are a current student, currently enrolled in a CMSD school and need a transcript, contact your school counselor. If you have withdrawn from CMSD at any time during the current school year, contact the last school attended for copies of records.

You order an aspect of your student record online, sign an online release authorizing your high school to release your records to your designated recipients, and pay document handling and shipping fees online.
